Privacy policy

This is the plain version of how Equidwell handles information. The details below are the actual rules.

Calculator math runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to Equidwell unless you use a feature that submits them. Saving inputs stores them in local storage on your device under a key that starts with mg:. You can clear that entry from the calculator or from your browser settings.

This site does not create accounts and does not store email addresses. Questions and corrections go to hello@equidwell.com.

Cookie choice is stored in local storage. If you choose Allow, and a measurement ID is configured, the site can load Google Analytics 4. Events are things like “calculator started” or “CSV downloaded.” They are not designed to include the dollar amounts you typed.

Google AdSense loads on each page and may show ads automatically. Google can use cookies to measure and personalize those ads. Its own policy describes that processing. If you allow cookies, the site can also load a RevBid script when one is configured. Ads are not placed inside calculator controls.
